How it works
Your create a workshop that is reachable for your participants through a QR-Code. The QR-Code can be printed or displayed digitally. Once your participants scan the QR-Code, they are directed to the workshop's participants view. The participants view displays your workshop name and other additional information. On the participants page, your participants are prompted to upload picture or videos into your workshop. That's it. Your participants do not have to register while they may drop their email-address.
Creating a workshop
Directly after registration, the assistant welcomes you to guide you through workshop creation:

Put in a workshop name. The workshop name is displayed to your participants. You can choose a longer workshop name in addition.

To display the QR-code digitally, choose the first link and open it in a separate display device, or take a screenshot and integrate it into your favourite presentation tool:
Provide additional information to your participants, step 3
In some occasions, additional information might be displayed on the participants' page. For instance, you may want to guide your participants to a subsequent website or link. To do so, enter the target URL, for instance a link to Moodle, into the form field of the action buttons. Two action button fields are available:
