When to you charge me? What do I pay?

The creation of one workshop is always possible free of charge, however, using this technical workshop with participants is not possible without payments. Without payment your participants can upload data, pictures, videos, but you can only retrieve a couple of the first uploads. Thus, in case you forogt to pay and just began to use the workshop, just proceed in the administration overview to the payment.

Can I upload a logo?

Yes sure, you can upload a logo file which is displayed to your participants on the participants page.

I have participants, but I need them as a list

Yes sure, in the administration panel of the workshop, you can see a list of all participants. Participants in the sense of this service are indidivuals who have uploaded at least one file like a picture or video. In case the participant choosed to enter an emailaddress, that addres is displayed there as well.

Why do my participants not have to register?

This service does not prompt for an explicit registration since your participants of the workshop on this service must scan the QR-code or follow the respective link to the technical workshop on cloud#9. Thus, since this service facilitates interactive workshops for you and on behalf of you as the workshop operator, you control who is able to become a participant by distributing the QR-code or its link to the appropriate group of users and participants.
But, some participants have created an account, what is that? Yes, under the hood, this service creates a technical account and session as soon as one participant scans the QR-code or uses the link to enter this service. In case that participant then creates a full account with this service, you may see that the participant has an account. However, participants do not have to do so compulsorily. This functionality was explicitly engineered like so to remain compliant with privacy restrictions in education facilities.
